This is the student health center reception position which provides a professional, caring and customer service focused environment for students. This position acts as the initial contact and is the intermediary between the student patient population and the health care providers. It is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of the student patient population, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support consumer services, information, referral and patient flow, and the overall operation and presentation of student health services.
Two years of college or equivalent, excellent communication and customerservice skills, a high level of understanding confidential material, strong attention to detail and one year of reception and office experience.
