What will you be doing in this role?
Our Program Manager manages all aspects of a mid to large scale reco gn ized organizational program.
Provides leadership and direction for day-to-day program operations and administrative activities.
Contributes to the strategic planning, design, development and implementation of program objectives, procedures, processes and standards.
May supervise staff as it relates to the overall management of the program
In collaboration with identified physician leadership and other key stakeholders, develop a long-term Cedars-Sinai strategy to address physician wellness that is informed by established maturation models.
Define, track and trend physician wellness data.
Oversee annual online physician wellness survey, evaluate results, and in collaboration with physician leadership and other key stakeholders, develop action plans to enhance physician wellness across the health system
In collaboration with EIS and other key stakeholders, improve efficiencies through the use of technology (EPIC) for clinicians that will make their work less complicated and more straightforward.
Create materials such as: work plans, communications plans, PowerPoint presentations, talking points, status reports, dashboards, etc for various audiences.
Develop and coordinate meeting agendas and evaluations for various activities as it relates to strategic physician wellness priorities and work streams.
Perform research and gather information, data and best practices to support the goals of the physician wellness initiative/office.
Ensure that experiences and voices of physicians across the health system inform programmatic direction, and that the organization vision for the physician wellness initiative/office is incorporated into all facets of the program.
