The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:
Providing care to the pediatric End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients in the Dialysis Program as well as the Renal Transplant Program
Providing inpatient transplant care management
Providing care to the dialysis population
Delivering safe and attentive care to the patient population
To qualify, you must have:
Master's degree with certification required
3 - 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience required
Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
