The Department of Communicative Disorders at The University of Alabama is searching for a tenure-track assistant professor effective August 2020. The successful candidate must have expertise in the area of Cognition. Required qualifications include a Ph.D. in Speech and Hearing Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive and Linguistic sciences or related fields. Strong ABD candidates will be considered for interview if degree is completed by the start date. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, conducting novel research, and participating in departmental, college, and professional service. The Department of Communicative Disorders' SLP program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
