Busy clinic at the Digestive Health Center located on the 6th floor for CHH. This position will have clinics and procedure time. Procedure may be in locations at CHH and Marquam hill in Multnomah pavilion.
The appointee shall provide services as assigned by the supervisor in furtherance of the universitys missions and goals of teaching, research, patient care, outreach and public service. The duties of this position include:
Providing patient care in the Gastroenterology and Hepatology clinic/clinic equivalent in the areas of Therapeutic procedures, general GI, and endoscopy
Attending between 6 and 8 weeks each year on the GI consult service
Sharing night/weekend call responsibilities with other GI faculty members
Teaching medical students, residents, and GI fellows during the course of the year
As a member of the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology you will report to the Chief of the Division.
Board certified in Gastroenterology
Valid Oregon medical license
Completion of a course of advanced training in therapeutic endoscopy
Able to perform ERCP
