The University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Dentistry is seeking applications for a full-time faculty in the Section of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology of the Department of Oral Pathology, Radiology and Medicine.
Specific responsibilities include pre-and post doctoral dental and dental hygiene classroom and clinical teaching.
Qualified candidates may be eligible to participate in faculty practice one day per week.
For non US DDS candidates with US training and board eligibility in oral and maxillofacial radiology, an international faculty DDS program is available after an initial period of service.
The position requires a DDS/DMD degree or, for individuals with foreign degrees, a foreign professional dental degree, satisfactory completion of a minimum 12 month CoDA accredited postgraduate training program in the US, board eligibility in Oral Radiology and successful completion credentials required for licensure in the State of Missouri, including successful passing of a clinical licensure examination.
Qualified candidates should be Board certified or eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and have a commitment to teaching, clinical dentistry and service.
Eligibility for a Missouri dental licensure, Missouri Teaching license, or Missouri Dental Faculty permit is required.

This is a full-time, 100% benefit eligible, Ranked, Tenure-Track, 12- month faculty position
