For the Education Department, serves as the first point of contact for the public and ensures the overall coordination and promotion of departmental programs.
Responsible for customer service, scheduling, confirming and coordinating programs within the department. Responsible for coordinating and advancing the promotion of programs to the public in coordination with the WCA Marketing Department. Responsible for student worker supervision.
Bachelor’s Degree; excellent computer skills; strong organizational skills and impeccable accuracy required; experience in customer service; ability to troubleshoot.
Experience organizing volunteers; experience in supervising staff; knowledge of art, arts education and/or art history desired.
Target Salary: $15.51 - $16.83 Hourly
