To provide highly skilled administrative support in a busy office environment exercising initiative and independent judgment. Responsible for daily office management as well as coverage and back up of departmental support staff.
Assist students daily with scheduling counseling appointments and check in process. Assist providers with schedules and various projects. Responsible for overall daily function in the office assist in answering phones, credit card transactions, room reservations, ordering catering. UT Share experience in timekeeping, purchasing of supplies, processing travel arrangements and reimbursements. Assist in hiring process of new staff.
Bachelor's degree with one (1) year upper level secretarial experience or high school with five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial and clerical experience or the equivalent experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
