Works under the supervision of the department CAO, of the Program Director and Assistant Program Director for the UCI Department of Emergency Medicine Clinical Informatics Fellowship Program and 630D Clerkship Program. Assumes responsibilities for all administrative aspects of the Program, including coordinating rotations of trainees to optimize educational experiences, coordinating and organizing online evaluation systems, working with the Program Director and Faculty members to organize and run the conference schedule, and preparing and maintaining written minutes for trainee and Faculty meetings. Serves as the primary contact person to help administer logistical and other programmatic activities for post-graduate medical trainees in the program, 630D Clerkship Program and is responsible for ensuring organized documentation of the program activities as required by the American College of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements and UCI Medical Education Department. With supervision, maintains the budget for all expenses related to the fellowship program.
