Under the supervision of the Director of Graduate Admissions, Specialized Masters in the Graduate Admissions Office (GAO), this role oversees application processing for our specialized masters degree programs. The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing our on campus visit program for specialized masters applicants and coordinating customer service tasks with a Program Coordinator and another Senior Program Coordinator position.

Associate's Degree required, B.S./B.A. preferred; strong attention to detail; good oral and written communication; ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; one to three years of experience in fast-paced customer service environment. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
