The CATIE Center at St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time temporary position as budget and contract specialist. This position is responsible for working with the CATIE team on managing budgets and contracts for the Behavioral Health Interpreting grant project and the Graduation to Certification grant project. The work of the team is conducted in American Sign Language (ASL). This position is grant funded through January 2, 2022.
Responsibilities: • Manage budgets for two federal grant projects • Reconcile budgets and account statements, working with other offices on campus • Prepare contract forms and monitor contracts • Prepare budget reports • Participate actively as a member of the CATIE team.

Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree. • Accounting and budget management experience. • Excellent communication skills, fluency in ASL preferred. • Experience with Deaf and interpreting communities preferred. • Experience with Excel, Adobe, and other software packages.
