The Administrative Coordinator II for the University Compliance Office will monitor and maintain case database for Title IX cases, prepare and coordinate the submission of various reports, assist the Title IX Coordinator and Title IX Investigator, ensure ongoing compliance with local, state and federal laws related to Title IX and other duties as assigned.
Monitor Title IX cases, maintain case database, analyze case trends and maintain investigation records.
Monitor and maintain Title IX cases in Maxient database
Monitor deadline dates, ensure tasks are completed, upload documents, input investigation notes, send student letters, close cases when appropriate, etc.
Maintain Sexual Misconduct Case Tracking data
Maintain Title IX training data
Prepare and coordinate the submission of various reports for various stakeholders
Prepare investigation documents for distribution to parties
Redact when necessary, edit and summarize interviews,
Maintain minutes for title ix stakeholder committee and SART
Prepare Quarterly Reports for SECO, OGC and PVAMU President
Assist Title IX Coordinator and Title IX Investigator in resolving and managing cases of alleged sexual misconduct
Work with Title IX Coordinator to implement protective remedial measures for students
Schedule interviews for Title IX Coordinator and Investigator
At times, sit in interviews and take notes
Meet with students to address general concerns or questions regarding the investigation process
Ensure ongoing compliance with local, state and federal laws related to Title IX by assisting Title IX Coordinator with policy development and review and assisting in campus-wide prevention efforts
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of related experience.
Applicants with equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor?s degree may be considered. One year of the related experience is the equivalent of one college year. Applicants being considered for the equivalency must have four years of related experience to meet the equivalency in lieu of a Bachelor?s degree plus the minimum required years of experience. Applicants being considered for the equivalency must have a total of six years of experience.
