The Office of the Provost supports the entire Provost area in the areas of leadership, administration, coordination of activities, and business and fiscal service. This position plays a vital role in that mission. Responsibilities for this position will include scheduling meetings using electronic calendars, making travel arrangements and reimbursements, greeting and assisting office visitors via in person and telephone. This position will prepare memoranda, letters, and other documents for the Provost. Pro-card duties will include editing, receipt handling, obtaining all signatures and will maintain all financial records for the Office of the Provost.
