The Graduate Medical Education (GME) office within the College of Medicine is seeking an Assistant Registar to provide assistance to medical residents and fellows in completing credentialing, verifications, and loan deferment requests. This position will coordinate the annual onboarding process for all incoming residents and fellows, and the exiting and clearance process for all residents and fellows who are leaving the GME program.
Additional duties include: assuring resident compliance with certifying bodies in relation to health and human resource requirements such as background checks, I-9, immunizations, TB tests, etc, as well as assisting with house staff exiting and clearance.
Excel, Outlook Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills are required for this position.
