The Revenue Management Analyst Lead- Data Analytics is responsible for maintaining and reviewing payer contract models within Payment Integrity Compass. This position will also be responsible for coordinating the data flow from various UKHC Revenue Cycle systems, extracting data from various systems to aid in the development of contract negotiations with various payers; providing training for Payment Integrity Compass; assisting with compilation of monthly dashboards and reporting; and assisting discussions with various contracting teams about contracting scenarios to be modeled within Payment Integrity Compass.
The ideal candidate will possess familiarity with payer contracts and decision support systems; demonstrates strong analytical and qualitative financial experience; be well organized; have exceptional communication skills (written & verbal); enjoy working independently as well as closely with their co-workers in a supportive team environment; outstanding computer skills (to include Microsoft Office); above average customer service skills; active listening skills; and a thorough understanding of Revenue Cycle and system knowledge.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Business Administration or Information Technology. Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience with hospital payer contract modeling preferred.
