Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Physician Specialist to work for the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute (EOHSI). The Physician Specialist will provide specialized clinical care and consultations for patients in the department.
Evaluates and manages patients with complex medical problems.
Develops, implements and evaluates plans of treatment.
Collaborates with Nursing staff, Social Workers, Case Manages, and other healthcare professionals.
Participates on committees related to optimal patient care.
May supervise medical personnel.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Experience in Internal Medicine.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Valid New Jersey Medical License is required.
CDS / DEA are required.
Board certified or eligible.
Interest in Pulmonology, Public Health, or Occupational Medicine.
This is a non-state funded position.
Salary: Maximum offer - $178,000.00/yr.
