We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team that is currently developing human pluripotent stem cell-based approaches for a variety of research purposes. The primary purpose of this position is to design and execute molecular cloning and PCR for the different assays, such as genome editing, generation of reporter cell lines and isogenic iPSC lines, etc.
Design, plan and execute experiments for molecular cloning for CRISPR related genome editing and reporter cell line generation.
Author and review laboratory methods and reports, write SOPs.
Participate in developing and establishing relevant new technologies, as needed.
Bachelor, master or Ph.D. degrees in molecular biology or other science related field
1-2 years of laboratory experience.
Skilled in molecular and cell biology techniques including, but not limited to, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, cloning, PCR, Western blotting, quantitative PCR, FACS and immunofluorescence techniques.
Molecular cloning experience related to gene editing and/or reporter line generation is highly preferred.
Experience working on human pluripotent stem cells is a plus.
The candidate must be self-motivated, flourish in a team-based environment, and be flexible for working on Director assigns the work .
Occasional work after hours and weekends required.
