The Senior Organization Development Consultant (Sr. OD Consultant) is an internal consulting position that provides value-added services and project management expertise to achieve overall organizational goals. The typical customers for this OD work include business, operational, and clinical leaders, as well as Talent Management & Organizational Development leadership. The Sr. OD Consultant often works with HR partners to customize solutions. In addition, the Sr. OD Consultant manages internal resources and external vendors to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of complex projects and programs.
