Research Support - Laboratory/Non-Laboratory, Staff/Administrative
The postdoc will create educational and student outcomes evaluation materials, teach new courses and labs if appropriate, assist in administering survey instruments and focus groups, analyze and interpret collected data, develop and formalize curriculum changes in collaboration with faculty, prepare project reports, prepare workshops for instructors to incorporate design in STEM courses, and collaborate with RED teams at other universities to develop synergistic opportunities.

Minimum Requirements: PhD in Engineering Education or a PhD in Engineering/STEM discipline with demonstrated experience in engineering education.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in curriculum development. Experience working within a multidisciplinary education environment. Experience in developing surveys and focus groups, and in analyzing and interpreting data. Experience in managing projects and grants.
