-Recruit ECU students for education abroad programs -Advise students on semester and year-long study abroad options and respond to inquiries from students, families, faculty, and staff -Coordinate campus outreach efforts regarding education abroad activities, including but not limited to: classroom presentations, tabling events, representing office during campus activities -Create, distribute, and update promotional materials for education abroad -Proactively reach out to departments across ECU to encourage and develop greater participation in education abroad -Oversee application processes in the Terra Dotta Software system -Manage study abroad peer advisor group, Global Ambassadors -Continuously assess programs and efforts to improve pre-departure and re-entry activities, and to provide better information to students about specific programs -Serve as a liaison to partner institutions -Serve as Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO)
