The Senior Instructional Technology Analyst along with the existing Associate Director and five (5) other Instructional Technology Analysts in Online Learning Services support and assist more than 1,200 full-time equivalent Instructional Faculty with the use of technology to support teaching and learning. The Senior Instructional Technology Analyst is part of the central IT organization and provides services to all schools and colleges at Syracuse University. The Senior Instructional Technology Analyst will be responsible for leading projects to deploy new academic applications and to update existing applications. This may include project planning, consulting with other university organizations, developing support plans, developing documentation, and other responsibilities as needed. This may also include the supervision of other staff members in the completion of these activities.
