Under the general supervision of the Production Manager of the Claire Trevor School of the Arts, employee provides production coordination and administrative support to the Production Department. Act as front desk person for the Production Office, maintaining a cordial and professional demeanor. Interact directly with a high volume of visitors to the office (including faculty, staff and students), independently responding to request for information and answering general questions about the Claire Trevor School of the Arts.
