The Dean Hope Center for Educational and Psychological Services (DHCEPS) is the in-house training setting for graduate students in the clinical, counseling, school psychology, reading specialist, and special education programs. The DHCEPS is a community-oriented setting that provides services to people from the community throughout our graduate student's practicum.
Reporting to the Director and Associate Director, the Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a number of clinic-related tasks which include but not limited to:
Perform clinical screenings to prospective clients.
Review all new application forms, screen high-risk clients and organize case files.
Coordinate case recruitment, assignment, and supervision for the masters counseling psychology program.
Respond to prospect clients inquiries as to the services provided by the Center
Ensure clinical documents and practice in compliance with professional standard including file auditing, student clinical liability update and documents accuracy in accordance with HIPPA.
Update the Center’s website to ensure content accuracy in coordination with A/V technician.
Coordinate room assignment for practicum and supervision in collaboration with AD.
Resolve basic A/V equipment, computers and scheduling software issues and trouble shoot the unresolvable problems with TC CIS department and outside vendors when A/V specialist and AD are not available.
Coordinate clinical and facility emergency procedure in collaboration with the Center’s director and AD.
Manage highly confidential information of clients and students.
Participate in the office audit and credentialing visits.

Master degree in clinical or counseling psychology degree
2-3 years experiences in the field
Experience with clinical intake Experience working with mental health community based organizations
Strong planning organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer and database proficiency with Microsoft Office, Access and Internet, etc.
Strong ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
Excellent judgment and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
