Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing and Communications in the Claire Trevor School of the Arts, the incumbent is responsible for developing and creating promotional, operational and fundraising communication materials. Design marketing materials and graphic layouts to improve the visibility and usage of Claire Trevor School of the Arts and its performance productions to both campus and outside clientele. This requires the ability to write, edit, proofread and produce assigned publications, electronic communications, collateral materials, and web management. In addition, the incumbent will coordinate with various campus stakeholders and outside vendors to ensure accurate and timely content and delivery of assigned projects. Lead the visual appearance of the Claire Trevor School of the Arts performance materials and social media accounts to promote school programs, majors, department and affiliated centers and institutions. Will work as a team member in all aspects of communications development and production.
