This position will manage the daily work order system, run reports as needed to analyze, benchmark and present data. This role will provide support to leadership for key decision-making and execution of strategic initiatives to ensure on-going cost savings and departmental efficiency.
Manage TMA work order system.
Process charge backs for work orders.
Provide weekly and monthly reports to management and shops.
Respond to issues concerning maintenance and scheduling of work.
Maintain communication between administration and employees.
Create and distribute work orders to shops.
Primary point of contact for work order requests, which includes customer service, communication, and coordination of all work.
Prepare and present accurate findings from data analyses to department leadership.
Develop and implement data management processes built on best practices.
Serve as a data expert and resource to others within the department.
Anticipate and solve data and process problems effectively and efficiently.
Maintain equipment computer inventory.
Conducts departmental and functional area risk assessments. Investigates irregularities and recommends corrective actions.
Perform other duties as needed.
Must be able to work any shift or schedule. Overtime will be required as necessary. Facilities employees may be required to report at their regularly scheduled times during emergency closures or during inclement weather to perform essential functions including snow removal duties.
