Analyst to help design and execute quantitative evaluation plans and produce analysis as needed for reporting to evaluate the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE)'s Multistate Longitudinal Data Exchange (MLDE).
Minimum Education and Experience:
PhD in Sociology or related social science field. - Experience with and expert knowledge of developmental education, and randomized control trials required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment - This position's duties are normally performed in a typical interior work environment, based on the activity scheduled. - Some physical effort required; however, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. - No or very limited exposure to physical risk. - Travel to project sites within the US required.
