Under the general supervision of the Personnel Manager and as part of the Office of Research (OR) Coordinating Point administrative support services for OR internal and research units, the Operations Analyst provides administrative and analytical support in the areas of human resources and payroll as it relates to both academic and staff personnel. The incumbent provides analytical support in the development of systems, materials, procedures, and assists with the dissemination of pertinent information to staff and faculty within the OR Coordinating Point.
