Provide administrative and academic support for all three Administration, Leadership, and Technology (ALT) programs, including advisement to department doctoral students on University and School policies and procedures. Analyze student enrollment and matriculation data and prepare reports and present findings based on positive or negative trends. Make recommendations for appropriate actions. Serve as Department liaison across the School for curriculum and course-related inquiries, and for Graduate Admissions materials and communications.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Higher Education related to enhanced learning technologies and student support services.
Preferred Education: Master's Degree
Required Experience: 2+ years experience advising faculty and students at the college or university level.
Preferred Experience: Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, meet deadlines, work in a fast paced environment, interact with all levels of students, staff, faculty and outside groups.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Strong problem solving, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with intermediate to advanced Excel and strong knowledge of database applications. Ability to understand management processes and requirements and to frame the results of research and analysis in a clear and concise fashion. Experience with website design and support maintenance. Ability to interact effectively with a diverse population at all levels in a fast-paced office within a complex organization. Ability to work independently as well and interdependently within a customer service oriented Administrative Operation Unit essential.
