Responsibilities - Essential Functions:
Coordinates training opportunities and professional development for a staff of 70 graduate and undergraduate writing consultants
Participates in developing programming responsive to the writing needs of students, faculty, and staff across campus.
Collaborates with director on hiring, training, and professional development of consultants.
Coordinates publicity of the center’s services and management of its website.
Implements policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the center’s services, and to maintain a professional work environment for the consultants.
Participates in the scheduling process each semester.
Collects data and collaborates with the WC director on assessment, strategic planning, and budgeting activities.
Responsibilities – Non-essential Functions:
Design and implement programs/projects based on program needs and candidate skills
Salary: $22,976 plus benefits
Details: Half time (20 hours per week, 9 months per year)
