The Associate Director for Admissions Operations manages the operational component of the admissions selection process and coordinates our customer service efforts by serving as liaison to ENSA Enrollment Services Operations (ESO) and the Combined Enrollment Service (CES). In addition, the Associate Director works with other departments in ENSA to facilitate the completion of work involving the recruitment and enrollment of students. The Associate Director supervises a Senior Assistant Director and indirectly supervises a regional team of four Assistant Directors. The Associate Director also chairs admission committees and assists the senior selection managers in the first-year and transfer selection processes.
Requires: B.A./B.S. with five to eight years of directly related experience. Strong public speaking skills are essential. Excellent written and oral communication are also required. Evening and weekend hours are necessary for most of the calendar year as well as the ability to travel extensively for days or weeks at a time. A valid drivers license and CORI background check are required.
