The Planned Giving development team is seeking an analytical, strategic, and highly motivated Development Coordinator to join our team. Working with guidance from the Associate Director , the Coordinator will provide general and advanced support of effective strategies for donor engagement and stewardship.
Support the Planned Giving Team with strategic analytic projects, including but not limited to: submitting data requests, data clean-ups and reporting metrics.
Work with other departments and outside vendors on data projects.
Maintain excellent records of fundraiser and donor information within the database.
Provide outstanding customer service to MSK constituents and donors.
Operate autonomously, with discretion, in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Make recommendations and improve on operational processes relevant to supporting the Planned Giving team.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
An outstanding communicator via phone, email, and in person.

Bachelors degree preferred plus 2-4 years of experience. In lieu of bachelors degree, 4-6 years relevant experience can be accepted.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with superior skills in excel.
Experience with data and knowledge of SQL, Tableau and CRM a plus
Strong prioritization, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Strong independent judgment and critical thinking skills. #LI-POST
