Provides cleaning and portering services in the Lincoln Center buildings.
Removes recyclables in accordance with University procedures.
Delivers and pickups mail, packages and campus correspondence as assigned.
Rearranges furniture and does move jobs when requested.
Keeps building entrances and perimeter free of snow, ice, leaves, garbage, etc. as assigned.
Responsibilities also include stripping, waxing and shampooing floors.
Other duties as required.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
One year prior cleaning experience, or related experience, preferred.
Knowledge of effective and safe usage of all floor machines.
Knowledge of effective and safe usage of buffing machine, cleaning chemicals, rags, towels, etc., brooms, scrubbers, high pressure washers, extractors and other small tools as required.
Knowledge of usage of hand held tools
