The library seeks a part-time Library Clerk primarily at the West Windsor Campus Library from 5 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 10 am to 4 pm every other Saturday. NOTE: summer hours are reduced to Monday through Thursday, 4 pm – 7 pm, and no Saturdays; the library is closed most Sundays.
Responsibilities include general circulation desk services such as: checking items in and out using the library’s computer system (SirsiDynix); answering telephones and directing calls; opening and securing group study rooms; maintaining patron records; assisting with placing items on reserve; shelving resources; and assisting patrons with the use of photocopiers, wireless services, and providing campus directions.
HS/GED required; familiarity with a computer keyboard and word processing software. Compensation $10/hour.
