With students as our primary focus, Student Life makes Life at NCTC memorable, engaging and purposeful through opportunities for personal, educational, and professional growth outside of the classroom. The Student Life Specialist is responsible for providing Student Life leadership and engagement in Denton County and district-wide programming. Leadership and engagement activities include but are not limited to student activities, campus recreation, civic engagement, student organizations, and Student Government Association.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both oral and written.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Ability to relate to students, staff, Faculty and Administration with different backgrounds.
Must possess leader and supervisory skills.
Must be Microsoft and computer proficient.
Preferred Skills & Abilities:
Experience with Social Media
Knowledge of Google Drive
1 year related experience.
2 or more years related experience with an emphasis in student development.
