The College of Medicine Sponsored Research Administrative Services office is seeking a Grant Management Specialist (GMS) to provide Post-Award financial accounting and compliance support to a group of departments and centers in the College of Medicine.
The position will report to the SRAS Post-Award Manager and will be responsible for oversight of grant accounting and financial activity through regular review of reports, working closely with faculty investigators and department staff.
The GMS will provide support to principal investigators and department staff, as well as other members of the SRAS team, to resolve issues related to fiscal compliance with both sponsor and University regulations.
Work will include assisting with account set-up, initiating budget revisions, journal vouchers, and subcontract requests, performing PADR reviews, supporting financial reporting needs, and other activities as assigned by the SRAS management.

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite, ability to maintain professional and clear communications with disparate customers and colleagues.
