The UK College of Pharmacy is seeking a Student Affairs Officer for the Office of Academic and Students Affairs. The Student Affairs Officer will be responsible for event management for recruitment, admissions, and summer transitional Student Affairs events.
This involves room reservations, correspondence (internal and external), conducting registration process, preparing materials for events, event set-up, monitoring sign-ins, catering oversight, coordinating event participants/volunteers and the day of as needed.
Additional duties include admissions file coordination and preparation by conducting application downloads through WebAdmit, data entry of application and supplemental application elements.
This position will also provide Administrative Operations Facilitator (AOF) duties to the entire Office of Academic and Student Affairs. This includes processing UK COP advanced approval forms, general order sheets, and travel request forms for the department. This position will be the central point of contact for all financial matters within the office.
Other responsibilities include managing listservs and forwarding communication to appropriate staff, keeping inventory of recruitment/admissions materials, packing and shipping materials for recruitment events, and updating website content and event dates.
Customer service, MS Office, SAP, and organization skills.
