Relevant Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of related experience, or entry level with Masters; or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical and analytical work in developing, designing, and/or analyzing technical solutions for clients through an appropriate blending of technical knowledge and business solutions. Duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Participate in the development of solutions using programming expertise for day-to-day problems to include maintenance, modification or development of complex inter-related applications/solutions.
Assessment of client needs as well as frequent communication with Business Analysts to clarify project scope.
Position must be sensitive to (or understand) the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences.
Graduation from a four-year college or university with Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree and three years of experience in business application consulting and development.
Strong software development skills.
