We have an exciting opportunity for an AssociateDirector leading all aspects of our Clinical Practice Plan (CCP) to join our Physician Billing Department here at MSK. Prepare the annual physician revenue and salary expense budget of more than $1.5 billion by working closely with clinical department administrators and business managers to quantify expected billings and forecast plan adjustment and collection rates at the service and provider level.
Be responsible for the monthly creation and distribution of 63 Practice Plan Reports, including regular payroll reconciliation and provider/plan mapping decision and updates.
Strategically plans, evaluates and refines the professional revenue reporting and analytical needs with related applications and technology.
Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technology trends to remain technically ambitious in developing solutions that meet the needs of Senior Hospital Administration, Clinical Department Chairs and Directors, and Finance.
Actively researches and implements new and innovative strategic assessments and analyses that meet the current and future data and reporting needs of the Director and Managers of PBD Operations.
Own the teams development and distribution of standardized monthly clinical department report packages, along with supplemental/specialized reporting as needed.
Develop, implement and maintain innovative reporting platforms to compile, monitor, analyze and report data to meet departmental and institutional needs and objectives.
