Essential Functions: Facilitate and implement large-scale behavioral research study projects.Organize and maintain research study logs, records, and plans as well as the logistics of assigned projects. Perform literature reviews, data collection, data entry, coding and report writing. Data management and analysis.Prepare necessary study presentation materials for meetings.Ensuring project deadlines are met and determine project changes.Undertaking project tasks as required.Ace as Liaison between academic researchers and community partners/consultants.Developing research project strategies and ensuring studies adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each.Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Master of Public Health (MPH) degree required.Experience working with community members and people of diverse sociodemographic backgrounds is necessary.Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to work on tight deadlines.
