The Technology Manager at Parking and Transit Services reports to the Associate Director of Permitting, Enforcement and Office Operations and is responsible for all enterprise applications and technologies at Parking and Transit Services (PTS). Responsibilities include overseeing all technology related applications at PTS including the access control devices at PTS controlled garages and parking lots, all software related to permit sales & access control and other technology related projects and applications at PTS. The position trouble-shoots technical problems and is the primary contact for all vendors associated with technical applications and devices at PTS. The position will make recommendations to PTS leadership to improve efficiency and customer service. The position is ideal for a highly motivated individual that works well with others, is capable of handling unusual situations independently, and is willing to accept moderate to limited supervision.
