Responds to routine correspondence, maintain records and files
Credentialing and Re-appointments of Faculty and Residents
Assisting with Residency & CAST fellow Interview season
Assist in preparation of interview packets and materials given to interviewees
Assist in keeping track of candidates scheduling and follow-up visit's
Assist in credentialing of incoming and current residents and fellows
Data entry of education observer requests
Obtaining signatures for observer requests
Tracking of grand rounds sign in sheet
General office duties
Ordering of lab coats
Performs special projects and other related duties as assigned
Two years of college or completion of secretarial school or equivalent business experience plus a minimum of two to three years related experience.
Bachelors Degree, Experience with administrative activities in an academic medical center. Familiarity with relevant education program policies, including MSOW, MedHub, ACGME.
Must have the ability to work independently and accurately in a fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
MS office is required.
