We are searching for a Senior Administrative Coordinator for our Building Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity if you thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for handling and dispatching the tickets in the ServiceNow system used by the Building Operations, Facilities, and Event Services group. You will also approve room reservations for the Tepper Building within the university scheduling system, 25Live, and may take responsibility for task and inquiries as appropriate.
Core responsibilities will include:
Interacting with faculty, staff and students with respect to building operations requests and responding in a timely and professional manner.
Serving as the primary scheduler for room reservations for the Tepper School community utilizing the university's room reservation system.Working closely with the Assistant Director in resolving challenging requests as well as learning the advanced functions of the system.
Running the lost & found process for the building.
Serving as the primary contact for records retention and shredding services.
Preparing and submitting work orders to Facilities Management and Campus Services and working with colleagues to determine that the work was performed asrequested.
Preparing content,with input from others in the group, the bi-weekly newsletter and school intranet site.
Coordinating and assigning work to unit work students.
Ordering supplies as needed and new employee name badges via the established process.
Finding opportunities for policy, process, and service improvements within the group and the school.
Signing out/signing in the office keys to faculty and staff.

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
Minimum three years of related experience required; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
