Manage the operations of NYU's internal and global wireless network, including the design, implementation and maintenance of hardware and software that supports Wireless network. Develop project initiatives to sustain network stability and future growth for the NYU campus and NYU global sites.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science.
Required Experience: 5+ years relevant experience working with advanced network technology and systems integration or an equivalent combination. Must include network management experience, including the development and maintenance of operations procedures.
Preferred Experience: 3+ years Experience managing both full-time employee and contractor IT professionals in a Higher Education environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Advanced knowledge of software development, modems, peripherals and other telecommunications systems. Advanced knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and MacOS, as well as TCP/IP networks.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Must be well versed in quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data in NYU systems and be able to strictly follow data privacy and security procedures for data handling and analysis to ensure adherence to legal and institutional standards.
