Reviews and corrects daily financial data and ensures prompt and accurate reporting of data to Blackwell management; reconciles and posts transactions into computer system; interacts with guests and ensures prompt, courteous, professional delivery of services; represents The Blackwell with gracious, courteous and professional interactions with guests and staff; processes guest arrivals and departures; assists guests with hotel registration, gift shop purchases, directions, campus and Columbus area information; performs general administrative tasks involving guest information; provides guest assistance with all inquiries and requests. This is a third shift position from 11pm until 7am, weekend and holiday hours will be required.
