Responsible for providing administrative support to the Associate Provost for Graduate Affairs in the Office of the Provost. The Associate Provost for Graduate Affairs works collaboratively with the academic units across the University to develop innovative, forward-looking programs, and to assure a top-quality education for all graduate and professional students.

B.A. /B.S., and one to three years of relevant experience is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills, including ability to write well and to deal effectively and diplomatically with various constituencies. Must be able to work independently, to anticipate office needs, to set priorities in consultation with others, and to handle sensitive/confidential information. Ability to conduct research (for example, about other universities and programs), to synthesize and analyze data and other information, and to produce written reports and evaluations is desirable. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and WordPress helpful.
