This Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for:
Managing and clinical coordinating of care for children and families in the Family Wellness Program within the Hale Family Center for Families.
Planning, organizing and overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations.
Preparing staff schedules, requesting and allocating resources and facilitates coordination of wellness/integrative care/services to meet patient care and operations requirements in collaboration with the Hale Family Center for Families.
Developing, recommending and implementing internal standards, policies and procedures around integrative therapies to improve quality and cost-effectiveness of patient care.
Selecting, supervising, coaching and evaluating nursing and clinical support personnel and developing and providing staff education/development programs in collaboration with Family Services Director and the Vice President of Nursing/Patient Care Services.
Leading and participating in hospital, departmental and multidisciplinary programs, committees and special projects.
To qualify, you must have:
BSN and current RN license.
5 years' RN with pediatric experience including working knowledge of integrative therapies.
License or certification in one or more integrative therapies: Massage, Reiki, Yoga, or Acupuncture.
Excellent leadership, team building and collaboration skills.
Analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of clinical, scientific or technical principles, theories, and concepts and in-depth, cross-functional experienced-based knowledge.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions.
