The Center for Comparative Medicine (CCM) is seeking an Administrative Generalist. The incumbent will assist other office personnel in various administrative functions necessary to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the CCM's administrative functions. This entails being able to assist others in the timely performance of these functions when they are present by assuming a subset of these responsibilities, and at other times performing the function in its entirety when administrative personnel are absent for any reason. CCM uses custom software to perform nearly all these functions, and so the successful incumbent will be trained on the use of the software to perform these various tasks. These tasks are separated below into several categories with various features detailed for each function.
