St. Catherine University invites applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant in the Early Childhood Center. This 20 hours per week position will assist the Early Childhood Center with a variety of administrative functions.
Responsibilities: • Maintain and update financial records for the ECC • Develop attendance schedules for children and St. Catherine University student observers • Reconcile statements and order supplies • Respond to inquiries from University students, parents and community members • Coordinate fundraisers in conjunction with families and director • Classroom support as necessary

Requirements: • High School diploma (or GED) required • Some postsecondary education preferred • Must be aide, assistant, or lead teacher qualified as specified by DHS/NAEYC qualifications • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks • Experience with bookkeeping, billing, deposits and collections • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential
