Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Chick Fil A Supervisor oversees the operation and preparation areas of Chick-Fil-A.
The duties of the position include:
Instructs food service technicians on the day to day job duties.
Schedules and directs the staff.
Projects the amount of food needed and orders the appropriate amount of food.
Maintains the sanitation standard.
Handles personnel issues.
Promotes excellent customer service to ensure that all orders of the customers are met in a timely manner.
Corporate training in Atlanta will be required.
Prefer individual who has worked in a large foodservice facility as a supervisor.
