Administrative/Support, Human Resources, Staff/Administrative
Reporting to the Associate Director, Business Operations and working closely with the People & Culture Manager, the People & Culture Associate will support HBS Online's recruiting, professional development, and culture programs. This is a unique, part-time (20 hours), benefits-eligible opportunity.
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage a variety of processes and forms in service of the organization's growth and replenishment, including position request forms, posting positions in applicant tracking system, and drafting confidential communications
Manage applicant flow, tracking and documenting where searches and candidates are in the process
Track, reconcile, and report on professional development and reward & recognition budgets
Track and report on key recruiting and employment metrics
Perform initial resume screen of applicants, with an eye to position applied for as well as emerging needs
Assist with interview logistics related to scheduling, directions, room reservations and other support
Assist People and Culture Manager with web-based collateral materials and social media sourcing
Track potentials, referrals and past candidates to build organizational pipeline
Work closely with People and Culture Manager to research recruiting and outreach forums such as job boards, specialized associations, publications, career expos, etc.
Mine ATS and online resources for potential candidates to broaden the pool of qualified applicants for selected roles
Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings as requested
Keep organizational chart and current employee spreadsheets updated
Support internship and co-op set-up and recruitment for the department
